How do we work?
The suggested rhythm is a one-hour weekly conversation. We agree frequency and scope at the start. Together we select a priority workflow, clarify owners and waiting decisions, try a manageable change, and review what the result tells us.
What can the work include?
- Agreed priorities and next actions to follow together
- Clearer roles, decisions, and dependencies between teams
- Guidance on tools, shared knowledge, and human–AI coordination
- Planning for licensing, configuration, training, and development where needed
Scope and responsibilities
Licenses, configuration, training, custom development, and embedded project management are scoped and budgeted separately. They are not automatically included in the mentoring engagement.
Questions before we start
How long does mentoring last?
We work through agreements of at least three months. A one-hour weekly conversation is the suggested rhythm; frequency and scope are agreed together.
Do we need to use Atlassian?
No. We assess your workflows and existing tools. Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools are selected according to the need.
