We start by understanding how work moves, where people struggle and what information they need. We agree priorities, implement solutions alongside your team and improve them based on results.
We work remotely and on-site, in English, Turkish and French. We adapt agile and hybrid approaches alongside PMI project management methods. Planning detail follows uncertainty, decision speed and the organisation’s needs.
Goals, decisions, owners, documents and code are connected. Organising those relationships and access permissions helps both people and AI agents work with the right information.
For some needs, external expertise can provide capacity and continuity. We design responsibilities, knowledge transfer and service continuity together. Knowledge stays in your organisation and can be shared across teams.
Our founder, Eren Kalelioğlu, is a PMP, an Atlassian Certified Expert Emeritus and the author of Implementing Atlassian Confluence.
Our approach draws on management science, engineering, psychology and sociology. Respect for people and nature, scientific thinking and continuous learning shape how we work.
We choose to work closely with a small number of organisations over the long term. Throughout the engagement, we document and share knowledge and help your team develop its capabilities.

Alongside Atlassian, we work with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT and Claude. We develop software when needed. The problem guides our choice of technology.
