Scope and responsibilities

On-site arrangements, project manager authority, technical work, deliverables, and duration are agreed in writing at the start. Timelines and outcomes are assessed against the organization's resources and dependencies.

How does FDE differ from project management?

Project management focuses on objectives, planning, ownership, and coordination. FDE support can include building and implementing the technical solution within the working environment.

Does PMO support require changing every project?

No. We first assess your current project structure and needs, then agree a scope. A shared visibility and reporting structure can be the starting point.

Is your FDE service Atlassian’s own FDE programme?

It is Ponsatlas’s engineering model: understanding the need and building alongside your team. It is separate from Atlassian’s directly delivered FDE programme.
