Make Work Visible workshop
Ponsatlas’s Make Work Visible workshop helps a team examine work, waiting decisions, dependencies, and handoffs in one shared picture. The aim is to turn hidden coordination effort into a workflow that people can discuss and follow.
Contact us ↗Who is this for?
For leaders who repeatedly ask for status, teams struggling to assess workload, and project, operations, or HR owners coordinating work across departments. The workshop can take place before choosing a new tool.
How do we work?
We agree a workflow and participant group first. Together we examine where work begins, who receives it next, and where it waits. We clarify ownership, decision points, and completion criteria, then choose a change to follow and measures the team can review together.
What can the work include?
- A shared view of one selected workflow
- A list of waiting work, decisions, and handoffs
- Responsibilities and working agreements that need clarification
- A starting plan for next actions, owners, and review cadence
Scope and responsibilities
Participant numbers, preparation, duration, delivery format, and detailed outputs are agreed according to the need. The workshop alone does not promise a software deployment or a measured productivity improvement.
Questions before we start
Do we need Jira for the workshop?
No. The starting point is how work flows. A structure in Jira, Confluence, or another tool can be designed later if appropriate.
What happens after the workshop?
We clarify the selected change, its owners, and how to follow it. Mentoring, workflow design, training, or implementation support can be planned separately.
